This is one of the best beaches in Norway. Although the water might be cold, swimming in the Atlantic Ocean here is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The beach has easy parking and convenient access to toilets. Enjoy swimming and stand-up paddling. Happy swimming!
Great stop to cool off during the heat. Road down to the beach is narrow, just need to be smart to navigate with oncoming traffic. Parking at the bottom of the hill was a good size lot but can fill up - we visited around 17:30
Very nice place to stop for a swim. A small beach with both a sandy and a rocky part as well as a jetty to jump from. Note that it's a very step drive down to the beach. There is some parking spaces but crowded when we visited (sunny day in July).

A rare sandy beach, 100 meters long, with a nice view of the mountains. There's a pier and a toilet. Quiet and clean, suitable for children. Located 1 kilometer from the main road, need to drive down the hill.

Heerlijk strandje aan het Sognefjord met prachtige uitzichten. Lekker springen en duiken van de steiger. Je zou ook een duidbril kunnen meenemen, want het water is kraakhelder (maar wel wat fris...). Waterschoentjes kan, maar hoeft niet want het zandstrandje is goed te doen op blote voeten.

Lovely beach on the Sognefjord with beautiful views. Nice jumping and diving from the jetty. You could also bring goggles, because the water is crystal clear (but a bit chilly...). Water shoes are possible, but not necessary because the sandy beach is easy to do barefoot.
Pekná pláž na fjorde. Vonku jún 22st. slniečko svieti tak som neodolal kúpaniu. Voda bola osviežujúco studená čo po chvíli bolo úplne v pohode :) Odporúčam na zastávku a oddýchnuť si.

Nice beach on the fjord. Outside June 22 degrees. the sun is shining so I couldn't resist swimming. The water was refreshingly cold which after a while was completely cool :) I recommend stopping and relaxing.
